Night-time Garden Safari: February 2018

Nothing. Not a damn thing.

Trying to take photos in the dark of interesting creepy crawlies in my garden at the end of February was impossible. Totally impossible. Because of the bad weather, my garden was covered in about 3 inches of snow. So this month I took no photos, as there was nothing to photograph.

Once the thaw had set in, I had to defrost the overflow pipe from our boiler though. This produced one metre and a half long 'pipesicle', which I broke off into a few pieces. Here is a photo of one of the peices:

Hopefully the end of March will be warmer, and with it being spring (which officially starts on the 20th, at the vernal equinox) there will be no snow and plenty of lovely things to photograph and show you! Until then...
